If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately. We use a third-party tool called Teachable for our Community Based Solutions online courses (Teachable Terms of Use).

The information provided through our Services is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, or regulatory advice. Participants should consult with industry professionals and adhere to applicable safety and regulatory standards.

3. User Accounts & Access

• You may be required to create an account to access certain Services.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Certain courses and services require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the course description.
• If VIFM cancels a course, a full refund will be provided.

• Unauthorized use of course materials may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• No Guarantees: Completion of a course does not guarantee certification, employment, or skill proficiency.
• Assumption of Risk: Some course topics involve activities with inherent risks (e.g. forestry, marine operations). You assume all responsibility for how you apply the knowledge gained.
• No Liability: VIFM is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of the Services.
